Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase which is why we happily offer exchange or store credit on any change of mind purchase. We do not offer refunds unless your item is faulty, so we ask you think carefully about your purchase. Got a question about a tee size? Please request your return within 7 business days of receiving the item. We do not charge a restocking fee, however customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Your exchange or store credit will be purchased once we receive your item.

  • We check all of our items before they're shipped to you! In the unlikely chance you received a faulty item, please email us at  hello@kickitforwardclub.com with this information: Full Name, Email, Mobile, Order Number and photos of your damaged item/s.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free delivery in Australia for orders over $150!

Do you ship worldwide?

We do! We offer $30AUD flat rate international shipping!

How long will my delivery take?

We ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving orders. You can check out your specific postcodes estimated shipping time HERE. Please enter 'Perth WA 6000' in the 'From' Field.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Please contact us before sending anything back to Kick It Forward. State your problem or request clearly and quote your order number for reference.

Size not right?

Please check size charts before ordering. If we are able to exchange an item for a different size or an alternative item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us and you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to reship your exchanged item. Only unworn and unwashed items can be exchanged.

Wrong or damaged items?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs. However, an item that is damaged after it has been worn or washed will not be replaced. With this in mind, we request that all customers pay close attention to the washing instructions on the garment label.

When will my exchange or refund be processed?

Exchanges and refunds will only be processed once goods have been returned to us. If the product you have ordered is unable to be supplied and an alternative product is not suitable, a full refund will be given.
