Can I return an item? Yes. Please contact us before sending anything back to Kick It Forward. State your problem or request clearly and quote your order number for reference.

Size not right?

Please check size charts before ordering. If we are able to exchange an item for a different size or an alternative item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us and you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to reship your exchanged item. Only unworn and unwashed items can be exchanged.

Wrong or damaged items

If you received an incorrect or damaged item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs. However, an item that is damaged after it has been worn or washed will not be replaced. With this in mind, we request that all customers pay close attention to the washing instructions on the garment label.

Refunds will only be processed once goods have been returned to us. If the product you have ordered is unable to be supplied and an alternative product is not suitable, a full refund will be given.
